At Cutie Skin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy below to understand the terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must have been purchased directly from our website, https://cutiesskin.com.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Note: If the product is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please refer to the section below for specific instructions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used or opened skincare products.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
- Products purchased from unauthorized third-party resellers or other websites.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@cutiesskin.com with your order number and the product(s) you wish to return, along with the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: We will review your request and, if eligible, provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or an error occurred on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- Refund Method: We will issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Refund Timeframe: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, we recommend returning the unwanted item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired product.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will issue a full refund or send a replacement product at no extra cost to you, including return shipping for the defective item.
To report a damaged or defective product:

- We will review your case and provide a resolution based on the information provided.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account or payment provider again.
- Contact your credit card company or payment provider, as there may be a delay in processing the refund.

8. Final Sale Items
Certain items may be marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. These items will be clearly marked as such on the product page or at checkout.
